Exotic Plant Market + Plant-Based Food

Vendor Info & Application

The event will feature an indoor marketplace featuring vendors selling exotic and hard to find house plants, cacti & succulents, pottery, supplies and home decor. There will also be several plant-based food popups and trucks outdoors, along with a shaded outdoor dining deck. The brewery tasting room will also be open, and their lounge area will feature a green wall and Djs playing records.

IMPORTANT: This event is a cruelty-free and plant-based event. This means that all vendors must adhere to our partner’s rules of keeping animal products off of their booths. This means no leather, suede, beeswax, dairy, animal bones, feathers, or fur are allowed. If we see any of these products in your booth we will ask you to put them away.

The event will be heavily promoted through social media, as well as paid ads on EvenBrite. There will also be printed posters which will be posted around the venue, and at some key plant stores in the LA and South Bay areas.
We care about our vendors success, so we have a flat fee of $100* for an 8’x8′ indoor space. Vendors can use this space as they wish. Cram as many tables, shelves, display cases, or just set up a rug with a couch. It’s really up to you and your imagination. Please bring your own chairs and tables. *This price is for non-food vendors. Indoor food vendors will need to apply through The Plant Base LA. Load-in Time: Load in time is at 10:30 A.M. Event begins promptly at 12 P.M. Load-out Time: The event will conclude at 5PM sharp, vendors should not continue selling after this time. Vendors will have till 6PM to clear their booth from the venue. Payment: due with 24 hours of your application being approved. Do not send payment before you receive an approval.
